I am sending this letter to you as a testament to the fine work you recently completed on my teeth. When I visited your office, I was greeted with the utmost courtesy and felt completely at home immediately. I have always had a problem with enamel discoloration on my front teeth and have used fillers for years to correct holes in the enamel. When I asked you about another filling process, you suggested veneers as a positive result to my problem. I was skeptical at first because I was not familiar with the process. However, after you briefed me on the advantage, I became more convinced that this process would work for my dental needs.
I have been extremely happy with the results of your work. I am especially pleased that you took great care to x-ray and treat other dental issues particularly the replacement of old fillings and crowns. The veneer process was fairly pleasant and the personal telephone calls you made after my visits were greatly appreciated.
